The story
Inspired by the "Big Circles" of the black deserts: stone rings 220 to 455 metres across, almost perfectly round. None had openings, so anyone entering would have had to climb the walls, which rules out the theory that they were livestock corrals. Who built them, when, and above all why, remains unknown.
These circles are found across the deserts of Jordan and date back at least 2,000 to 15,000 BC.
